Japanese Pizza
Chef's Market is proud to introduce our new product range: handmade pizzas direct from Japan. Consisting of the finest wheat flour from Fukuoka Prefecture, it is stone ground to retain its perfect texture and natural flavour. Combined with mineral rich Nagasaki sea salt, water, and yeast, it is slowly fermented to a dough, and then handcrafted by talented Japanese Pizzaiolos.
Mozzarella & Ricotta Basil Pizza
We bring you the Pizza Mozzarella & Ricotta Basil Sauce, with crushed tomatoes, mozzarella cheese, ricotta cheese, olive oil, and basil. It is simple to cook at home; just defrost for 5 minutes, put in a pre-heated oven at 200C for 6-8 minutes, slice, and it's ready to serve.

Our recommendation for the Pizza Margherita & Ricotta Basil Sauce, add chicken, olive, peppers, chickpeas, feta cheese, cherry tomatoes, sicilian oregano after the pizza are baked.
Margherita Pizza
The classic Pizza Margherita, with crushed tomatoes, mozzarella cheese, grana padano, olive oil, and basil. It is simple to cook at home; just defrost for 5 minutes, put in a pre-heated oven at 200C for 6-8 minutes, slice, and it's ready to serve.
To create your own flavour variations, our recommendation for the classic Pizza Margherita is to create a Black Forest pizza using just a few simple ingredients: add mushrooms to the Pizza Margherita before baking, and after the pizza is baked, top with sliced parma ham, toasted pine nuts, arugula, and sliced parmesan cheese.
Seafood Tomato Basil
The Handmade Seafood Tomato Basil Pizza, consisting of crushed tomatoes, mozzarella cheese, onions, basil, octopus, shrimps, and olive oil. This is also baked at 200C for 6-8 minutes.
Chef's Market's recipe recommendation for this, to create your own Nordic Pride Pizza, is to add sliced premium smoked salmon, roasted pumpkin seeds, baby spinach, olive oil, and Sicilian oregano after the pizza is baked.
Quattro Formage Rosso Pizza
the Handmade Pizza- Quattro Formaggi Rosso, consisting of crushed crushed tomato, natural cheese, mozzarella cheese, grana padano, gorgonzora cheese, olive oil. This is also baked at 200C for 6-8 minutes.
Chef's Market's recipe recommendation for this, after the pizza are baked, add deli ham, semi-dried tomatoes, Parmesan cheese, olive oil.
