Octopus Romesco
Roasted potatoes, Cherry Tomatoes, Octopus, Chorizo, Mixed Olives,
Romesco Sauce, Sliced Radish, Cress Sprouts.
Sauté the chorizo in olive oil until golden, add octopus and cook for 1 minute, add the olives. tomatoes, seasoning and ronesco sauce and cook 1 minute.
Mix more romesco sauce with the roasted potatoes and put into the serving dish, top with the pan ingredients, and garnish with sliced radish and sprouts.
Finish with a little more romesco sauce, garlic aioli and olive oil.
